SCM has techs available to do install and service anywhere in our footprint. 

 

Several of our vendor handle tech support by phone initially.

Once issue detected, part is sent if easy to replace or make arrangements for a tech person if needed. 

Sawstop is a great example of this, 98% of any issues are revolved over the phone.
